Education Rights Counsel was founded on a simple but powerful belief: every child deserves access not only to education, but also to skilled advocates who protect their rights, secure necessary services, and improve their educational outcomes.
Education law remains complex and ever-changing, and while 2024 brought new challenges, it also strengthened our resolve. I am proud to share that we continue to turn challenges into opportunities, advancing our mission with growth, momentum, and measurable impact.
