ERC analyzes the impact of various data at the district and state level to inform policy that will lead to greater equity for all children in education.

ERC works with policy makers and elected officials to help them understand the impact legislation and policy has on PK-12 education.

Across the United States, students of color and students with disabilities are disproportionately disciplined. Nebraska, unfortunately, is not an exception. ERC works to further inform families, communities, policy makers and others about what this disparity looks like and what we can do to achieve systemic change.
